Packages include indulgent treatments to melt away the stress of everyday life, access to our thermal experiences including sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and pool, the use of our relaxation lounge and conservatory and use of the spa lounge serving a range of hot and cold drinks and light snacks.

Please bare in mind when booking a treatment this does not include access to our spa facilities. This can be added on for an extra £45.00 per person for 4 hours use. This can be booked via our Recharge R&R package

OUR SPA IS FOR 18 YEARS OLD & OVER ONLY

We were delighted to be shortlisted by the Good Spa Guide as one of the top 7 spa’s in the North East. We were in some great company with the likes of Rockliffe and Seaham Hall. We were chosen following a visit from the spa spies who awarded us a 5 bubble rating and provided us with some fabulous feedback in their blog. TEMPLESPA have just been awarded ‘Best Spa Product Brand’ at the Luxury Spa Edit Awards.

We are delighted to be working with such an amazing brand on all levels and a huge congratulations from all of us at the Manor House for this recognition.

Residents who wish to use our newly refurbished spa facilities can do so at the price of £20 per person per night which includes use of the spa from check in, until the spa closes at 9pm

Where capacity is limited, priority is given to guests who book directly through our website and add spa access to their booking.

Child Swim times are 8am-9am & 6pm-7pm

Please note our facilities are on multiple levels and are not wheelchair accessible.
